Yes, absolutely. iRiseCon 2026 is an official Hybrid conference. All oral and poster sessions are integrated with high-definition virtual meeting rooms with live Q&A. Virtual presenters receive identical certificates and publication rights as physical attendees.
The Scopus/IOP publication fee (IDR 2.500.000 / USD 154) is invoiced only after your manuscript successfully clears peer-review and receives formal editorial acceptance. You do not need to pay the publication fee at initial abstract submission.
The manuscript similarity index must be strictly below 20% (excluding references and quotes), with no individual source exceeding 3%. Submissions exceeding this threshold will be returned for revision prior to external peer review.
Full papers should typically comprise between 5 to 8 pages conforming strictly to the IOP/IEEE template format. Extra pages beyond 8 pages may incur an additional nominal charge.
